Sunday, October 21, 2012 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM (CDT)

Get ready to make your own probiotics, one of the most health-supporting foods you can incorporate into your diet! We will discuss the benefits of each of the milks, including discussion on raw vs. pasteurized and the process for extracting milk from a coconut.
We’ll discuss the benefits of probiotics and how they work in both the process of culturing milk products and then during digestion within the context of our intestinal flora. Participants will each take home a recipe packet and for those who choose the cultures ticket option, a package of yogurt starter cultures.
