… When I began my work with Amanda I felt instant relief! Amanda is immensely generous with her time as well. I have never felt rushed and always sensed that she was fully present and listening in our sessions. For example, when I was struggling to find ways to eat more protein she immediately had ideas, specific food brands, and recipes to help make things easier. Beyond nutrition advice, she even had recommendations for me when I told her my cat was scratching at the door in the middle of the night and disrupting my sleep by waking me up!
