The Sacred Valley of Peru
The Sacred Valley of Peru is a powerful healing vortex and is the perfect location for our spiritual retreat. The Andes mountains have been renamed to be the heart chakra of the world. The mountains (Apus) provide us not only with a beautiful backdrop of fertile valleys surrounded by beautiful mountain peaks, but also with highly powerful healing energy to assist us in the work we will do together. Step back in time in this ancient place with old world farmers and Incan people who still carry their goods to market on their backs.

Willka Tika Retreat Center
During our retreat we will be staying at a beautiful eco-friendly retreat center called Willka Tika which is located between Cusco and Machu Piccu in the Sacred Valley just outside of Urubamba. Willa Tika is located in one of the most energetically charged places on earth, and prides itself on serving the spiritual and cultural needs of all guests seeking an authentic mind, body, spirit experience. Your stay includes gourmet, organic cuisine, elaborate Chakra Gardens for relaxation, sunlit yoga studios and more. Ron’s Healing Sessions
Experience Ron’s deep healing work which will prepare you for the inner journey ceremony. He will dive into the questions of why you are there and what needs to change in your life. He uses assorted tools such as acupuncture, Neuro Emotional Technique, Chakra Rebalancing, Emotional work, Rieki and Energy Work to help clear the way for a powerful, transformational ceremonial experience. The combination of Ron’s tools and his years of experience make this journey all the more amplified.

At the end of our retreat, we will visit the world-famous Machu Picchu. Visiting Machu Picchu (including the train ride to get there) is a once and a lifetime experience. This sacred site is not only incredibly beautiful but contains a very special energy. We will meditate as a group together at the site after our guided tour and then have individual time to explore.

The Peruvian People
One thing that makes this journey so special is the people of Peru. They are mostly a quiet, humble, hard working, colorfully dressed folk who shyly smile when greeted. Everywhere you look are fields of corn, potatoes and other vegetables and the people in them, working hard growing their ancient heirloom crops. You will really feel as if you have stepped back in time when you interact with the people.

Plant Medicine Ceremonies
We have found drinking the sacred tea with an experienced, sincere shaman to be one of the fastest ways to accelerate spiritual and physical growth and healing. Combining this with integration work that we will facilitate throughout the retreat makes this a life altering experience that you can bring back home. We will prepare you physically with healing treatments and nourishing foods to have the ultimate experience.

Machu Pichu Excursion
After the retreat ends at Wilka Tika, you have the option of going to Machu Picchu with the group. This is a once and a lifetime experience and we highly recommend that you go. This sacred site is not only incredibly beautiful but contains a very special energy.
We will leave together as a group for Machu Picchu on the last day of the retreat at Wilka Tika where we will take a van and a train to get to Aguas Clients, the small town at the base of the mountain. You will get situated in our group hotel and then you will have the day free to explore and shop and dine at one of the many interesting restaurants. There is great shopping here so save some room in your suitcase for some alpaca or Peruvian jewelry. We will all meet up early the next morning for breakfast at the hotel and depart to take the bus up the mountain to Machu Picchu where we will arrive just in time for sunrise. There we will have a guided tour and then free time to wander and explore.

Logistics
Arrival And Departure Information
Our journey will begin with your arrival in Cusco on the 12th of October 2016. You will be picked up from the airport by taxi or shuttle van and brought back to Willka T’ika which is about 1.5 hour away.
All guests will need to buy their own international flight + their flight from Lima to Cusco. Once you sign-up and pay your deposit to reserve your spot in the retreat, you should book your international flight and send Amanda Love your flight number. We will help arrange airport pick-up for you should you need to stay at a hotel when you arrive in Lima. The majority of flights from the States arrive late so you will likely need to stay at a hotel and then take another flight to Cusco the next day. It is possibly, however, to fly straight to Cusco all in one day.
Note: Depending on how you arrange your flight, you may need to stay in Lima for one night when you arrive in Peru. We will provide you with names of safe, reputable and clean hotels in Lima along with taxi service. There is also an option to stay at a nice hotel directly across from the airport (walking distance). Lima has many interesting cultural and historical things to see and is right along the ocean. As long as you stay in a good area, it is really quite safe.
On the day of October 18th, we will bring you back to the airport in Cusco where you will make your way to Lima and then transfer back to the states. You are also welcome to stay and continue travel in Peru.

In order to get to Machu Picchu and back, we have to hire a guide, take two vans, take two trains, two buses and pay for hotel + entrance to Machu Picchu. This additional cost covers all of these additional expenses. It is optional to go to Machu Picchu and this cost is only for those that wish to go. Breakfast will be provided on the morning we go to Machu Picchu. Any additional meals will be at your own expense.

Prices do NOT include: return flight to Peru, return flight from Lima to Cusco and any additional hotel or transportation in Lima, as well as any shopping or additional meals outside of Wilka Tika.
Once you sign up, you will be given a list of hotels in Lima in case you need to stay there, safe and secure transportation and the best airline to fly in Peru to get to Cusco. Amanda Love is a Nutrition, Wellness and Real Food Cooking Consultant. She is a Certified Healing Food Specialist, Real Foods Chef, Nutrition Therapy Practitioner, past Weston A. Ron Bañuelos graduated with a degree in Biology and Chemistry at the University of Texas at Austin in 1998. He was accepted to medical school but quickly realized this was not his true path.
